From 1979, The State Council started to pay more attention to vocational education. Due to this special reason, we got big supports from the government, society and public opinion. But compared to Regular higher education, we still have discriminations on vocational education. And also we ignored the happiness of these students.According to the researches of these years, psychological analysis seems to be the most important method, which can give us a clear picture of happiness of these students. But we have not found effective way to enhance the sense of happiness. Based on the researches of Kunshan first vocational high school , the author of this paper are trying to find some ways to solve this problem.1. based on researches of psychology, it is important for school to carry out a wide range of Psychological consultation and help students to have a good mental health.2. By analyzing the atmosphere of school, it is necessary to organize so many kinds of games. This will help create an atmosphere of lively and healthy in the school. And also let students enjoy the school life.3. According to the researches of human relation, it is important to help students deal with so many complicated relations, including students-students, students-teacheres, student-school, student-parent and so on. Good treatments can let them enjoy harmonious relations.4. Based on the support of society, it is necessary to give students more chance to realize the society and enhance Social identity. Anyway, more effective organization and management should be proceeded to enhance the happiness of students of vocational high school, help them establish an outlook and positive attitude on life.
