Vocational students into the community earlier than high schoolstudents, they need to face social pressure earlier and relatively poorculture and the generally low overall quality are the increasing problems.Students afraid to go to school.even bad behaviors and disciplineviolations even increased, teachers difficult to teach, tired of teaching,school difficult to manage. Low self-esteem is a very important reason.The structure is divided into four parts: literature review, groupcounseling design of the positive psychological orientation, positivepsychological orientation group counseling intervention experiments,operational teaching suggestions.In this study, group counseling is to low self-esteem of vocationalstudents according the surrey analysis and combined with the concept ofpositive psychology, group counseling play the role of social support fully,so that both expansion of positive psychology theory and applicationscope, you can also training and to help group members toself-understanding, self-accepted and find their own glittering accordingtasks. Improve self-identity, lower self-esteem level learn to faceproblems with a more positive way. In addition to the literature review, In this study, important toexplore the group counseling, self-esteem of vocational students typesand causes, the research methods and practices to reduce grade studentsself-esteem level.This study used measurement methods experimental method andinterview. Statistical methods include descriptive statistics, analysis ofvariance, T-test and quantitative research in order to complementinsufficient. The study included:1. A survey found that motivation and expectations high self-esteem andpremature to conclude that cause low self-esteem these two categoriesaccounted for92%of the total number of students.2. Positive psychological orientation group counseling on self-esteemlevel of lower secondary vocational students have a very obvious effect.The interview method can reduce self-esteem level of the vocationalstudents, to find the crux of the problem, pointed out the direction for thegroup counseling.3. Through QQ chat, e-mail methods of investigation, the studentscontinued the positive experience in group counseling later.Finally, according discussion and analysis, author carried out manyoperational methods and recommendations to develop education ofpsychological health psychological education for secondary vocational schools.
