Discussion On The Pre - Qin Disaster

This paper has six chapters:The first chapter summarizes the research achievements of the natural calamities of pre-Qin period.On one hand,it can help us know the achievements in this field,on the other hand,point out the insufficient place in this field,so as to begin my study.The second chapter collects and arranges the history data of the natural calamities,including the time,the place that calamity happened,what kind of calamity it is and how to help the people tide over the disaster.It is the base of this paper.The third chapter is a general picture about the calamities of pre-Qin period .The aim is to let readers know the situation comprehensively.Furthermore,it supplents the inadequate place of the graph.The fourth chapter is about the time distribution features of the natural calamities of pre-Qin period.It disscusses the occurrence of the natural disasters.It depends on the data which the second and the third part provided.Aaylayes the reason why many calamities happened in this period.The fifth chapter is about the methods of how to prevent the calamities in pre-Qin period.At that time,people had many many kinds of methods to avoid calamities.Discusses not only how to deal with the hungry,but also how to prevent waterlogging,drought,fire and epidemic.The sixth chapter is about the measures of how to help the people tide over the natural disasters that had happened.I think many ways of providing disaster relief in pre-Qin period still have important significance for our modern society.
