This paper makes a search for LiGui'FanQie who is a scholar in East-jin Dynasty. Because of its lack, we take two ways of coupling and comparing, in addition to statistic method. On the one hand, we compare LiGui'pronunciation system with other scholars, such as LiuChangzong's XuMiao's and so on. On the other hand, we compare his pronunciation system with Archaic Chinese phonology and QieYun phonology system. The conclusion is that there are 35 kinds of initial consonants and 53 kinds of rhyme-categories.Initials' characteristic:1 Bilabial and labiodental are the same.2 Zhixi Initials is dividing from Duanxi Initials. Zhuangxi Initials have divided from Duanxi Initials on the whole.3 Zhuangxi Initials is dividing from Jingxi Initials.4 The number of HunQie of voiced sound and aspirated unvoiced sound is more than that of unaspirated and unvoiced sound.Rhyme-categories' characteristic:1 The syllable without vowel I and the syllable with vowel 'u' basically does not mix.2 Between the First deng, the Second deng, the Third deng and the Fourth deng boundary quite is clear.3 There is ChongNiu in Yin category of the Third deng rhyme. Tones' characteristic:1 LiGui'level tone, rising tone, falling tone and entering tone are the same as those of QieYun.2 When use four tones of classical Chinese difference significance, the falling tone function is extremely big.
