Thai Students Of Chinese Common Name Quantifier Acquisition Error Analysis

This thesis is to analyze Thai students' errors when they study and use theChinese commonly used quantifiers for nouns, try to find the reasons thatcaused those errors, and put forward teaching methods to reduce thoseerrors. The author tries to achieve those goals by comparing the generalcharacteristics of Chinese and Thai quantifiers for nouns and studyingChinese commonly used quantifiers for nouns according to materialscollected through questionnaires and daily life.In the brief introduction part, the author gives a general introduction tothe main aim, the academic background, and the researching method andmain contents of this thesis.The first part is a research on the similarities and differences betweenChinese and Thai commonly used quantifiers for nouns.The second part is to find out the characteristics of errors that Thaistudents made in Chinese commonly used quantifiers for nouns and theirreasons, and put forward teaching methods especially for Thai students.
