Complement Each Other Win-win Cooperation

During the past 50 years, the CCP and the State have been attached great importance to the Intramural Art Education (IAE) & Extramural Art Education (EAE) and have acquired great achievements on theory research and practice exploration. Especially with the performance of Reform and Open policy and the fast development of economy, the State has put more and more on the education, which enabled IAE & EAE to be equipped with hardware facility and brains repertory. On one hand, the experts has constructed the theory system for IAE and has always been renewing the concept of art education as well; on the other hand, EAE, as an important part of education industry, which mainly focuses on the juvenile of primary education, enriches their life after school and grounded for the future talents. Many kids joined the art team of the Children's Palace to study art knowledge and became a professional when they grew up; more kids became interested in art from the extramural art activities. EAE has demonstrated to be a good approach of continuing IAE for the juvenile.Seemingly as two paralleled track, the relationship and interactivities of IAE and EAE has been existing for more than 50 years, the co action of which has formed an unique mode for the juvenile art education. In May of 1985, the CCP put forward the guidelines in Resolution on Education System Renovation, which confirmed that the intramural education must develop together with the extramural education. Since then the communication of instruction methods, exhibition, etc. between IAE and EAE has become more and more common. Although there is some difference on the instruction and administration system between the IAE and EAE, the aim of the two is to serve the juvenile, which remains unchanged.This dissertation analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of IAE and EAE, which is seeking a way to learn from one's strong points and setoff the other's weak points, and intents to create a Win-Win phase for these two kinds of education methods. Since the topic of IAE and EAE is widely involved with many aspects, there still has been much limit in the writer's view and more favorable comments are welcomed.
