The 1980s witnessed the tremendous influence of Atomatov's works and today's' world feels no less. This is due to the pondering over social life and the humanitarianism reflected in his works. Probably, the root cause is the distinctive artistic features and unique charm of his works. This thesis attempts to explore this from t three aspects. The first one is that the development of the plots in his works experienced the shift from the single route to multidimensional one. Also distinctive is the works are of the Kirghizstan nationality. The vast plateau, the life of nomads and the oral folklores all found their expressions in his novels. Equally attractive is the special messages implied by the image of animals and the relationship between animals and humans. Because of the nomadic life he ever lived and the knowledge of animals he so acquired, he felt affectionate towards animals, which is evidenced by the images of animals in his works. The animals have the ability to predict, represent and surpass. From a macroscopic point of view and with the awareness of crisis, he, by means of global and multidimensional thinking, put forwards the urgent problems concerning the future of humans. Though the human world makes great strides in the materialistic aspect, the moral crisis and the destruction to the nature resulted from the process cannot be neglected. With the worsening of morals, the living crisis emerges. The ultimate care and thinking about human beings cause his works even more serious and readable.
