Since 2001 our country have been begun the eight times reform of the foundation education. For the music curriculum is an important way for the aesthetic education, it has become one of reform curriculum.The teachers'colleges is a important institution of the primary and secondary schools'teacher training. And it has been begun an important reform in 2005, for the music teacher training.The country published two document: "Full-time school music education curriculum standards" and "Music curriculum guide programs of nationwide universities study (teacher education) ". The goal of the paper is the comparison of the curriculum nature, teaching and other aspects of the concept, focusing on the new music reform program of teacher education. The paper put forward the characteristics and advantages of the programs, and raised some questions. The paper's aims at provide some strong and complementary thinking.The study subjects were divided into several parts:Introduction: This paper presents the research questions of the origin and background, the status of current research and research purpose and significance.Chapter I: To state of the basic music education curriculum reform, the content and significance, and analysis of "The music curriculum standards."Chapter II: Compares the two documents, and analysis the aims of two courses. Concluded that the "program" set up in line with the "standard" , build an effective framework of knowledge for the training of teachers .Chapter III: Compared with the 1980's "Teaching Program", through the analysis of data , the proportion of curriculum areas such as curriculum, summary of "program" the characteristics and principles of reform, pointing out that "program" set up to meet the basic needs of the new music curriculum reform needs.Chapter IV: In this chapter, raised a number of views, such as singing, playing the pianos, dance creation, education practices, and the number of teaching. And put forward the reform proposals.
