Music syllabus breaks through the subject system and turns to learning field from subject system, which is an important breakthrough of teaching program used in our country for a long time. It incarnates the thought in education - the task of music education is to train persons instead of musicians and the change of value orientation from elitist education to mass education and from standard of subject knowledge to standard of student knowledge. The paper is established in comparing the difference of the classroom instruction after actualizing music syllabus, including from making double basis the core of contents of courses to conformity and development of teaching field, from emphasizing process to result in teaching methods, from intuitionistic realia to modern educational technology in assisting teaching in teaching instruments, from teachers to students in mainstay of teaching, from unilateralism to multi-synthesis in evaluation of music classroom instruction etc., which further expatiates the education thought of music syllabus and the important significance of students' integrative development. It is very useful in further carrying in teaching practice. At the same time, the paper puts forward some problems of rural music education in carrying out syllabus linking with fact to some extent especially idealistic problems and the methods of solving those problems.
