As typically dedicative persons, teachers are easier to get the job burnout. The job burnout of teachers influences teachers themselves and the development of students; furthermore, the development of the district will be impacted. Therefore, the study on teachers'job burnout is very important and meaningful. Here, Han and Zang teachers in the middle schools of Sichuan zang district are investigated; the state of Han, Zang teachers'job burnout and the relationship of those teachers'locus of control and job burnout are implored, in order to offer some data about cross-cultural study on middle school teachers'job burnout.By the way of questionnaire and interview, this study focuses on two aspects as follows; first, we would describe the current features and difference of Han, Zang teachers'job burnout and locus of control; second, we would discuss the relationship between teachers'job burnout and locus of control. The followings are major results of this study:(1)Now middle school teachers in the zang district have some job burnout, although that is not very serious, the level of their lack of personal accomplishment is a little high.(2)There is significant nationality difference in teachers'job burnout and the factor of lack of personal accomplishment; there is significant difference on if the master or not in teachers'burnout and the factors of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization.(3)There is significant nationality difference in teachers'internality and chance; there is significant age difference in powerful others.(4)There is significant correlation between Han teachers'internality, powerful others and the three factors of job burnout, between chance and emotional exhaustion; chance can predict emotional exhaustion, the same as powerful others to depersonalization, and internality to lack of personal accomplishment.(5)There is significant correlation between Zang teachers'job burnout and emotional exhaustion; internality, powerful others can predict their emotional exhaustion.
