Research of learning strategy, has important theoretical and practical value, and it always has been the focus of psychology, particularly the pedagogical psychology. Learning strategy has become a measure of student learning of thinking and consideration, even one of the main factors of achievements. The reflection is an important way of learning how to study for the acquirement and adjustment of learning strategy. The research tries to make the students adjust their learning strategies by self-reflection. And it also researches the effects and the adjustments of learning strategies by self-reflection for the freshmen.As our experiment proved, they can improve their study results and study enthusiasm, if the freshmen could adjust their learning strategy well in the face of a different learning environment. It will help him/her form the habit of self-reflection and adjust his/her learning strategy from different learning environments. It will try to help him/her to learn how to study and how to study all his/her life long.In this paper, it's a total of six chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the topic of the background and significance of the research. The second major chapter summarizes the meaning of the learning strategies, and the basic characteristics of nature and structure, and also introduces the principle of the training strategies and methods of learning strategy. The third major chapter introduces the meaning, process, levels and types of self-reflection, and also introduces specific methods on the reflection; Chapter 4 discusses the feasibility of using self-reflection to adjust learning strategies, and introduces the specific teaching strategy steps. Chapter 5 is on the topic of practice research, experiment designation, and the execution. It also does the analysis of the experimental results; Chapter 6 summarizes the research conclusions and teaching proposal, pointing out that this study was inadequate, and the research for the future.
