After Joining The Wto, The Chinese Cultural Industry Policy Research

Culture Industry is a newly-developing industry even in the whole world,and is also a "sunrise" industry.Culture Industry is developing quickly through high technology,industrialization and marketlization.Culture industry has changed social and people's life style.The policies for culture industry is a main part of national industry policies and "culture industry" is the object of it.The policies for culture industry is different from other industry policies.Ideological character is the remarkable character of culture industry.So government's culture policies will affect the development of culture industry.China has participated in the globalization since its entry into WTO in Nov.2001.
