Shaanxi Province, Cultural And Creative Industries Development

Enter the twenty-first century, the development of the world has rapidly growth, China as developing country has it's an alarming rate. With the accumulation of material wealth, higher standards of living conditions, scientific and technological progress to bring people's leisure time is increasing, the spiritual and cultural demand of people also increased rapidly. Cultural and creative industries, as the "sunrise industry" in the era of globalization of twenty-first century, which is very important subject of the world, but also the request of Chinese society, and the responsibility of provincial and municipal governments. It is a good way for us to create a harmonious society in the new era.This research based on the use of literature study, empirical analysis and normative analysis. Try to do in-depth research on the development of cultural and creative industries in Shanxi Province and some related issues. Using the whole world's perspective of cultural and creative industries, combine the experience of other provinces. On the current situation of Shaanxi Province, the writer tries to give the feasibility suggestions and comments. The main purpose of this paper is to through the research on development and current situation of the Shaanxi Province's cultural and creative industries, and find the feasibility of the programs to the difficult problems.First, this article reviewed the relevant theory, including the theory of cultural and creative industries at home and abroad, as well as the research results of scholars. and described the importance of "sunrise industry" in the twenty-first century. This essay use the SWOT theory to analysis the development of cultural and creative industries in Shaanxi Province .combined with domestic and international experience, the writer tries to give strategic choice for the development of cultural and creative industries in Shaanxi Province .Finally, the author will make a conclusion for this study, and give some suggestions for future research.
