The Changyi Dialect Speech Research

There have been lots of great achievements about the dialect survey and research since the foundation of People's Republic of China.Research and survey on Shandong dialect is advancing with the times and innovating continuously with significant achievements,so various works on dialects appeared.But so far there is no linguistic experts and scholars specialized on Changyi dialect,and research papers or books on Changyi dialect are still in the blank stage.In this case,the writing of this article is very important.It is not only for valuable voice preservation of Changyi dialects,but also for the in-depth study of Shandong dialects and even Chinese dialects.Changyi dialect occupies a very important position in Shandong dialect and Chinese dialect in the history of dialect evolution:from the district of Chinese mandarin dialect, Changyi dialect belongs to Jiaoliao dialect of the northern dialect;from the district of Shandong dialect,Changyi dialect belongs to the dialect of the Eastern Weifang,separated from East Laizhou and Pingdu,lies in transition zone between east Weifang and east Laizhou.It carries the basic characteristics of the above two places.Changyi's strategic location makes Changyi dialect not only carry with distinctive voice characteristics,but also make us facilitate to observe the evolution of the different historical levels of Chinese speech from Changyi dialect.Represented by Duchang street committees of Nanpang district in Changyi city,this paper adopted synchronic and diachronic method to comprehensively describe and analyze the phonetic system of Changyi dialect.This paper is divided into four chapters,which are as follows:Chapter one,Introduction.This part is the presentation of the main Changyi geographical location,history,culture and the state of Changyi dialect,the main phonetic characteristics, internal differences,so that readers can have a general understanding of Changyi dialects.Chapter two,Changyi dialect phonetic system.This part introduces initial,final,tone circle, tables of relations between initial and final,homophone table.So readers can have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of Changyi dialect.Chapter Three tells the inflexion of Changyi dialect.This part describes tone changes,light tone,erhua,combination tone,reduction tone,assimilation and dissimilation of Changyi dialect with language bountiful details.So readers can know something about the actual practice of Changyi dialect.Chapter Four is about the characteristics of tones of Changyi dialect and its historical explore.This part compares Changyi dialect and mandarin,middle ancient tones,modern tones across and down.This part also deals with literary and colloquial readings and some Chinese characteristics of special pronunciations.By comparing middle ancient tones and modern tones, the paper explores rules of Changyi dialect synchronically and clarifies historical traces of tones' development.By comparing with mandarin synchronically,the paper concludes the corresponding rules between Changyi dialect and mandarin to promote mandarin in Changyi dialect area.
