Intangible cultural heritage with the flexible and lively character will naturally be the best carrier of local culture . The development of tourism will also bring negatively impact to it during the process, correctly handling the relation of intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism development in the development and promoting the rapid development of both of them is the root of the problem in such research.This paper first analyzes the concept of the intangible cultural heritage and content, recites the value of the development on intangible cultural heritage, discusses the win-win situation of the intangible cultural heritage and the tourism developoment. and then through the comparison of protection of the traditional model and the new model based on information technology of intangible cultural heritage protection, gets the strengths of model based on information technology of intangible cultural heritage protection as well as providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for non-material culture heritage's health, sustainable development. On this basis, combining the information technology-related theory, makes theory and case studies of non-material cultural heritage protection and development. Analying the status of Jiaozhou Yangko and combining the advantages of information technology, tries to develop appropriate tourism products with information technology as the basic way.
