And the aria of Regnava nel silenzio is the representative work of him. Many international singers have become famous by rendition of the aria.Through the presentation of creation background, main story, and the analysis of musical styles and singer's extemporization, especially of some famous singer's action comparative analysis like Maria Callas(1923-1977), Anna Moffo(1932-2006), Edita Gruberova(1946—), etc., the paper try to enhance the research of Donizetti in one hand, and in the other hand, to help singers to grasp the artistic connotation of Donizetti's opera as well.
