Our country's fine arts elementary education curriculum reform which carries on the turn of the century causes the elementary and middle schools fine arts curriculum and the teaching has had the huge change,at the same time,requirements of the professional art teachers are also rising.Teachers of Art and Design category of major universities are constantly improving the art education system and become a symbol of professionalism,high division of the work of art and design graduates which from primary and secondary schools are mostly still the intention,at the same time the field of basic education needs of teachers of Art and Design is existent.So,how to make the high division of Art and Design graduates be able to really have a qualified art teachers of literacy,how to make education a high division of Art and Design Art and Design with the major distinction in the education,so that "normal" word is no longer a tag;how to set up more Normal teaching in line with the requirements of Art and Design Teachers curriculum,which required analysis,need to explore their teaching and the essence of the law.Teachers of the division of high art and design higher education division of the study provided the possibility of art education reform.This is a conceptual breakthrough.It is set up at the Higher Teachers Art Education under the framework of the study,with a certain degree of scalability and continuity.The present paper by four major part is composed:The first chapter introduced our country high art layout education's historical survey,has divided into Normal school's art layout education according to each development time's characteristic the craft and the handicraft time, the design and the manual education time,the industrial art education time and the art layout education time;The second chapter is mainly a disciple or apprentice plastic history,normal angles conceptual analysis to discuss strengthens the normally education the intrinsic factor and the necessity,regarding the necessary elaboration mainly from the teacher occupation's intrinsic request,the teacher works the objective request which the characteristic request as well as the teacher community inevitably develops three aspects to carry on;The third chapter studied strengthened the normally education the external factor,mainly carried on the analysis from the employment question and the teacher specialization,has discussed between the high colleges thoroughly and universities normally education and the teacher specialization the inseparable relations;The fourth chapter the primary coverage is the summary strengthens the high normal art layout education the strategy,from raises the pattern to Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and the overseas foundation fine arts teachers the reconsideration to obtain,to propose that the science localization,the renewal idea,the characteristic strengthen,the innovation to study four strategies.This article research technique includes:Literature material analytic method, comparison methodology,questionnaire survey procedure and summary law.Through the design of questionnaire,visited the investigation the form to obtain about the paper research viewpoint first material,carried on for the basis objective reality solves the question strategy,which the analysis obtained to lay the foundation.This article studies the practical significance lies in the fourth chapter,the goal is pondered through the comparative analysis and the rationality that take first,second,third chapter of research as the rationale,provides for our country high pedagogical art layout educational pattern reform has the constructive strategy.This article studies the theory value lies in second chapter and the third chapter,this is also difficulty of the article.At present,China's high teacher education reform and development is being at a critical period,it bears the responsibility to support basic education.Teacher's College for the existence of the reality of art and design teacher training deletion of the situation,we should not turn a blind eye to it lightly,and should not narrow vision.We Must analyze the high art layout education by the realistic scientific attitude the historical perspective,the profound analysis pedagogical flaw's performance and the origin,stand in the entire teacher education overall situation altitude,inquires about the basic solution.
