The rapid development of China is constantly improving the quality of citizens and the requirements of the social application of talent. Together with the deepened thinking and research of government and education professionals we can noted that education affairs has become the biggest hot topic of our social. After years of basic education reformation the Ministry of Education put forwards College Teachers Education Curriculum Guidelines. Based on the guidelines colleges and universities has long been seeking for a proper training mode for new teachers. There is no denying that the curriculum system of Higher Normal Education in our country presents a great difference. So how to make the training standard meet the existing curriculum system is the key point in qualified teacher educating. This is also a practical and urgent problem to be solved. The necessary vocational skills and professional knowledge can be achieved under the existing teacher education curriculum system. This study start from the practice of ordinary university music(Teacher Education) professional, put forward professional training strategy in Colleges and universities after the actual survey, in order to make our graduates can meet the requirements of the society, while as to provide supports for music talents training target. Also it can provide music subject talent reserve and lay a good foundation for the music education development.This paper can be divided into four parts:I. The introduction part is mainly expounds the research background, the research status, the significance and the definition of the concept.II. The first part is the study of Guidelines of National College for music(Teacher Education) undergraduate professional curriculum and analyzes the practical trainingprograms and curriculum settings of music teacher major.III. The second part is an investigation of graduates and music teachers In-service,and analysis the actual gap between college graduates and elementary music teachers the society really need.IV. The third part puts forward the strategy and the problems that may be encountered in the pre service training of music teachers in Colleges and universities.The strategy is based on the support of the basic theory.
