Government Functions In The Development Of China's Animation Industry Study

Animation industry is regarded as the potential and flourishing industry in 21 century because of its vast consumer, more market demand, high appendix economic value. It has become the mainstay industry in America, Japan and Korea. But in China, animation industry has a lot of problems such as scarcity of market environment, lack of Chinese original brands, insufficiency of consciousness in protecting of knowledge property right. Some of the enterprises act as an agent of foreign industry. In a conclusion, Chinese animation industry hasn't form the core compete force to promote our national economics.Review the status quo of Chinese animation industry, this thesis point out that the government as the social public right organization should has an exact orientation and leading function. Take Sichuan province as an example and take the government function as the study point, this thesis discusses the effect and scarcity in the animation industry ,especially the scarcity such as the shortage of middle and microcosmic strategy plan , inefficiency of the law and policy, inadequate of fund and agency. At the same time ,this thesis study the animation development mode of the powerful country such as America ,Korea and Japan, especially the government function. So, we can"think globally & act locally".This thesis come to a conclusion ,the government has the obligation of maintenance and promotion in the prophase development of animation industry ,combine the animation industry flourish development aim with our national economic mission .the government exert the guidance ,coordination and service function in the culture and economic development.
