The Dang Dynasty was built in 618 AD, died in 907; the Silla was built in 57 BC, unified the Korean Peninsula in 618 AD, died in 935, Nearly three centuries (618-907), Tang and Silla in the political, economic, military, cultural aspects exchanges and close contacts. With the help of the Dang Dynasty, the Silla had unified the Korean Peninsula, then, the two country kept a good relationship with each other in a long time, In the eight century, the Northeast World System has already shaped, it was constituted of Dang Dynasty, Silla,Japen,Bohai sea and others. But the An-shih Rebellion had taken great changes in the Northeast World, so this text is focus on the political negotiations between Tang and Silla after the middle of eight century.Except for the foreword the whole thesis can be divided into four parts. The foreword introduces the research both at home and abroad at present, and summarizes the significance and value of this theme,The first part, summarized the political negotiations condition between Tang and Silla before the middle of the eight century, this chapter marks the An-shih Rebellion as a boundary and divided into two parts. The former part primarily introduce the political and military strategy of Dang Dynasty toward Silla before and after the eight century, Tang and Silla in close political ties and military cooperation effective, one after another out of Baekje, Goguryeo, Silla unified for the foundation.the latter one summarized the outbreak of An-shih Rebellion had a great impact on the situation of Northeast World. Took place in the political center of Northeast Asia in the Tang Dynasty, An-Shih Rebellion, not only shaken the foundation of the Tang Dynasty, and shocked the entire North-East Asia, on the Bohai Sea, Japan, Silla had a significant impact occurred.The second part and the third are the main body of this thesis. The second part begins with the situations of the Tang,Silla, even the whole Northeast World. analysises the background of the political negotiations Tang and Silla after the middle of eight century. Generally speaking, AD 734-907 more than 170 years, between the two countries have maintained friendly relations, the situation in the maintenance of peace and friendship, and this is closely related to the political situation on the North-East Asia The two countries had became a closed relationships by the means of tributary. Sending many emissaries and hostages,these forms had already exesisted before the middle of eight century, but there was a great differences between the former one and the latter. The chapter third through a lot of historical data collection on these issues in detail. The fourth part introduces the Tang and Silla's international positions in Northeast World in eight and nine century, discusses the art of Silla's diplomacy, the policy of opening to the outside world in Tang Dynasty, and the both policies had a incalculable great impact on the stable situation of Northeast World , the development of itselves. Generally speaking, the late Tang Dynasty and Silla in the seventh century without a large-scale war and conflict, in its political communication is for the theme of peace and friendship. Although the latter half of the nineteenth century when both countries are gradually fading, but in this before Don created and maintained by the friendly situation for the entire time the stability of Northeast Asia as well as eight or nine centuries of civilization by the world as a whole played a role is not with the historical trend of development has been neglected and forgotten.
