Tang Dynasty was built nearly for290years which has the Golden Years governance and Kaiyuan Spirit. It was the heyday of China’s feudal society, Asia’s political and economic center for cultural exchanges and played an important role in the whole Northeast Asian region. Neighboring countries took the initiative to learn Tang culture, especially Silla. It was friendly with the Tang Dynasty and has a comprehensive study of the Tang Dynasty. And it maintained long-term friendly relations with Tang which promoted the development and advancement of the Korean Peninsula. It was also known as the "gentleman’s country because of full absorption of the Tang culture. The friendly relations of Tang Dynasty and Silla became Eastern Asia countries’ friendly coexistence.In Tang Dynasty friendly exchanges between Tang and Silla was the mainstream. In the Early Tang, Tang and Silla had main official political contacts. Envoys’ exchange and tribute trade between The Tang and Silla not only promoted bilateral political contacts, but also had a positive effect on trade. In the late Tang Dynasty, official exchanges between the two parties had faded. However, People-to-people exchanges flourished. The late Tang Dynasty began in Shi Rebellion period (755-762AD) and Tang Dynasty had doom from the gloom and had the military governorship situation. In the late8th century Silla appeared political crisis and the national decline. Under the situation of the sustainable exchanges, Silla people came to Tang Dynasty to trade, study and seek the Dharma. So many Silla sites were left behind in the eastern coastal areas of the Tang Dynasty. Shandong Peninsula was located in the eastern coast of the Tang Dynasty which kept a lot of Silla village sites, Silla temples sites, the Silla Museum site. The paper introduced the above sites’ concepts, the formation of the time, location and other sites. According to analyses the size of the ruins, geographical distribution, traffic conditions, regulatory agencies and personnel exchanges, we could explore its characteristics, nature. We could discuss the relationship among the ruins and the southern sites. We analyses the effect of trade, transit change and cultural exchanges in these sites. The paper is divided into three parts of foreword, main body and conclusion:The first one is the introduction. It includes the purpose, significance, research methods and innovation of this passenger.The second one is Tangluo’s exchanges and in-depth development reasons from the7th to10th. This chapter discoursed early exchanges and post exchanges from the7th to10th. We analysed Tangluo-depth development causes with historical materials.The third one is the Shandong territory of Silla sites and their characteristics and the nature. According to the concept, time, location, reasons and the relevant literature, we analysed Silla village sites, Silla temples sites and the Silla Museum site. We investigated the characteristics and nature according to related Ruins scale, geographical distribution, traffic conditions and regulatory agencies.The fourth one is the relations and effects of Silla sites in Shandong Province. This chapter discussed the relationship among the ruins and the southern sites. We discoursed the effect of trade, transportation and culture of the exchanges to Tangluo.The fifth one is the concluding section. This chapter is a comprehensive summary to the first few chapters.
