In the twenty-first century, the elective courses in Colleges of Music, has become the concern of at all levels of public art sector. Music education is an important part of aesthetics, but aesthetics is part of quality education. The goal of quality education is to development people, a kind of aesthetic quality education as an important part of aesthetic music education,al so to cultivate. Music education can not only enrich students knowledge, but also growth plays an important role on the physical and mental. Therefore,Music Education in Quality Education in a pivotal position. Neglect of music education, will inevitably lead to talent quality defects, affecting the overall development of spiritual civilization. In higher education, public music education is an important part of art education, education can not be replaced with other special features. Musical education, imperceptibly raise the moral standards of students, cultivate a love for the promotion of mental and physical health of college students.from the popular from the point of view in public music education, This article is for research of 4 music class colleges curriculum in the Rizhao. First proposed in the implementation of importance and significance of music education, both in improving their ideological and moral level and expanding the knowledge, innovating, students emotional world, etc., indicated the significance of music education in public colleges and universities.Second, through the research on curriculum, course content, teacher protection, regulatory agencies of the situation in four universities, indicating the problems in these aspects.and then propose some solutions of these problems to make sure that the curriculum goes well.At last,this article proposes the image of curriculum of musical education according to the requirements of the national education authority,musical education can be divided into 3 categories:basical theories,music appreciation practical activity.the writes hopes this article can attracts the authority, and make some suggestions to the students.
