Family is not only the primary environment for the children's healthy development, but also the first site where they receive education. A good family environment is an essential element for the healthy development for children. In recent years, due to the increasing rate of divorce, the original family structure has suffered destruction, and the education functions from family has been trapped to some extent, which has brought some negative effects to the healthy development for children. Peer interaction is an important aspect for the children social development. The smooth development of peer interaction and the formation of harmonious relationship between peers play a significant role in the children social development. However, parents in single-parent families has a poor understanding on the child care problem.2.the peer interaction and aspect of peer relations about the children with single-parent will make difference due to the foster Parent as follows:young children brought by the father/mother have better communication skills than that by the ancestors/outside parental; the peer interaction of the children with single-parent will make no significant difference due to the foster Parent; the peer interaction of the children with single-parent will make difference due to the degree of the foster parents, and the interaction level of the children with single-parent is not in direct proportion to the degree of the foster parents either.3.the relevance of the peer interaction of the children with single-parent:(1) the peer interaction level of the children with single-parent are strikingly related to the peer interaction attitude, peer interaction skills, and peer relation. The relevance between the peer interaction attitude, peer interaction skills, and peer relation is prominent.(2) the relevance between impact factor of Parent in single-parent family and the development of the children peer interaction:the development of the children peer interaction are strikingly related to the strictness of the parents, but not related to the interaction skill and education conception of the parent.4.the result of the regression analysis:the demand of the parents in single-parent families play a significant role in the interaction quality and peer interaction attitude.Based on the problems that exiting in the communication between the single-parent children, the author put forward the education tactics as follow:In the terms of family, the parent should create favorable atmosphere and avoid conflicting with each other in front of the children; build up correct notion of the education, strengthen communication with children; the guardian should keep fine mentality and take on the responsibility of the guardian in order to avoid grand parenting education. In terms of kindergartens, the teacher should take good care of the children with single-parent and establish a good relationship between children and them to create opportunities for the interaction.
