In the natural course of evolution, the human form through the organization to implement an effective division of labor and cooperation, and efficient organization activities need to staff the premise of the good working condition. Technological development, the accelerated pace of work makes the employees under tremendous pressure. Super job stress can lead to serious frustration employees, causing employees to job insecurity. China today has become increasingly towards market economy, to improve the quality of life for employees and reduce staff stress is meaningful.And improve job security for employees is also important to promote the socio-economic development. Therefore.make sure source of work stress,and further understand the different factors and sources of stress impact on job security becomes extremely necessary.The content of this study as a starting point, make a study on employees'work pressure, frustration, job insecurity by empirical,summarize and analyze the pressures of work types and possible sources of stress, analyze the correlation between working pressure and working insecurity,and make a study of correlation between individual statistical and the two variables. Make a further research in interaction between work pressure and frustration level, and whether the interaction will affect the relationship between work stress and job insecurity.According to the empirical results, master the laws of the effective management of activities in order to maximize the efficiency of organizational activities.Factories in Beijing and Jining areas were selected as samples for this study, a sample which are mainly involved in real estate, power, communications, medicine, and travel five categories.The subjects in this study including high-level business management, general staff, engineering technicians, administrative staff, and some individual private owners.In this study subjects were selected by random,and selected all types of business people as much as possible, office staff also includes various types of jobs.I handed out qestionnaires myself and got help with others to handed out questionnaires to reduce the difficulty of the questionnaire survey.800 questionnaires were handed out during the period of October 2009 to Dcember, and 720 copies were returned,the response rate was 90%, after excluding 20 invalid questionnaires,the questionnaire response rate was 88%.This study concluded that:(1)employees work pressure and frustration level is associated with job insecurity(2)employees work stress is associated with job insecurity(3)frustration of the employees work pressure and job insecurity have certain interference effects...
