Our country is multi-national. The excellent national culture formed in the long-period production and daily life by every nation is valuable treasure in our country and the whole world. How to make the excellent national culture continue, especially through primary education in our children, there are still some questions to deal with. After investigating several primary and secondary schools of Tongliao in the aspects of Mongolian art education teaching, managing and carrying out, the article tries to reveal many questions of present Mongolian art in primary and secondary education. For example, amusement is far less. "Education for exam" affects how to carry out Mongolian art practice. The great difference exists in Mongolian and Chinese schools about Mongolian art education which causes culture cut. The teaching material, equipment and practice ground are not enough. The proper school course and books are fewer Multi education theory doesn't embody well in Mongolian art teaching and practicing. The true education system of school, family and society doesn't form. In this thesis paper some measures and suggestions are put forward to improve and develop the national culture of Tongliao city and some Minority Areas of the whole country.
