Terrorism crime seriously jeopardize world peace and security, resulting in numerous civilian casualties and heavy losses of property to enhance national, regional, ethnic and religious conflict between a serious impediment to the economic, social development and progress, has caused Governments attention. How to take effective measures and methods to combat and curb the terrorist and criminal acts, to prevent its development and spread, has become, including our governments and peoples, including issues of mutual interest. Various measures taken in countries and methods, legal measures and political and military means than in the prevention, combat, punishment, crime against terrorism has been facilitated by international cooperation, integration of national law enforcement forces the importance of its tough sanctions effect. Therefore, the world's major developed countries have specific legislation against terrorism and crime, and by strengthening the law enforcement forces and means of strengthening the international legal cooperation and other related laws and measures, and actively prevent and severely punish criminal acts of terrorism, protection of national, social and national from the threat of terrorist crimes and abuse, and then to maintain social stability, promote social, economic normal development. To my country, the law as a weapon to punish the crime of terrorism, and constantly improve our prevention, criminal law measures against terrorism, for the maintenance of social stability and protect people's lives and property also has important practical significance.
