Legal education is shouldering the legal department and the whole society for cultivating high-quality legal talented historic mission. Law education teaching mode as the important problem of law education quality directly relates to the law, a reasonable and effective legal education mode is to realize the education modernization important law prerequisite. China's current law teaching pattern mainly is the traditional "teaching style", is a typical teacher-centered "transfer-accept" type teaching mode. This model is conducive to play the leading role of teachers, but not conducive to the manifestation of the dominant position of students; benefit system to impart scientific knowledge, practical ability of students is not conducive to play.With the national economic construction and social development and improve the rule of law, legal professionals, especially adept with rich theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the law, the legal ability to use particularly the lack of talent.
