Facing the new situation of the current professional education in military academies,the development of the professional education in Armed Police Force academies is still in the stage of practice and exploration.And there are still many shortcomings in the system construction of professional education,and the teacher troops need to adjust timely and make transformation.Therefore,on the basis of grasping the connotation of the professional education in military academies accurately,taking some Armed Police Force academy as an example,the dissertation makes a deep analysis on the features of professional education.And the effect of the teaching team construction is analyzed in the process of academy construction and military talent education,according to the new requirements for the teaching team construction in the post-oriented professional education.Aiming at the actual problems existing in the transformation of the teacher troops construction for Armed Police Force academies in recent years,this dissertation has carried on a survey research on the current situation of teacher troops construction in professional education academies and presented some effective measures and methods to improve the professional education teaching ability for the teacher troops from four aspects,which are to improve the teaching ability,the research ability,cultivation system and evaluation criteria for the teachers.Concretely speaking,the main research contents are the following three aspects:(1)On the basis of the research background and research significance,the research status about professional education team construction at home and abroad is introduced,and then based on the connotation of the current teacher troops construction for Armed Police Force,the characteristics and educational philosophy of professional education is proposed.And the specific construction requirements for Armed Police Force academies to serve the army are introduced finally.(2)The basic situation of the Armed Police Force academy is introduced in detail,and the current construction status and the scientific composition of teacher troops in the academy is analyzed.Then the survey questionnaires are issued to analyze the current structure characteristics,quality ability,cultivation method and management mode of the professional education teacher troops.And by analyzing the investigation summary,the main problems along with the problem causes existing in the construction of the teacher troops in the academy are summarized.(3)Based on the current training goal and principles of teacher troops and the basic framework of the teacher troops construction,this dissertation presents some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the teacher troops construction by analyzing the survey results,which are to improve the teaching ability,the research ability,the cultivation system and the evaluation criteria for the teacher to enhance the comprehensive qualities and ability for the teacher troops.
