| The Third plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China marked China enter the transition. Social transformation means transforming traditional society into modern society, which is a integral structure' change of economy, politics, culture and society. With the continuous deepening of Reform and opening up and the development of Market economy, the diversity of economic composition, interests pattern, interests relation, distributive way, ideals, and the conflicts between various interest groups result in a number of uncoordinated and instable factors. When people's interest demands can not be expressed in the system, they'll resort to non-institutional approach, which caused a large number of group events. The group events are actually the concentrated reflection of various social contradictions and social problems in the process of the Reform and opening up and the new tendency of the people internal contradictions. At present, the high frequency of the group events has already become the major problem of the social stability and construction of socialist harmonious society. Different disciplines and different scholars have different research perspective; the thesis will put the group events on the background of social transformation, using interest analysis to study multiple reasons of the group events and basic thinking about control measures.This thesis consists of five parts:The first chapter is preface. This chapter mainly introduces the background of the topics and the current situation at home and the abroad, main researching methods and the characteristics of this thesis.The second chapter is the general theory of social transformation and the group events. This chapter analyzes the social transformation background of group events and the dynamic and uniqueness of the social transformation, and then analyzes the unique subject of interest distribution and basic features of the group events by defining the interest and the group events. These lay the theoretical foundations for the following analysis and research.The third chapter is the group events and its impact during the period of social transformation in China. This chapter analyzes the nature, characteristics and social effects and other issues of the group events, mainly though reviewing the typical group events in social transformation of China. And do systemic analysis and discussion to master the group events.The forth chapter is theoretical analysis of the group events during the period of social transformation in China. Using interest analysis approach to study the group events, it can truly reflect a series of problem of the interest distribution, interest expression, inaccurate interest integration in the integration process, and systematically analyze the phenomenon and essence of group events. Social transformation intensified the social stratification, made a large gap between the interests. So from the interest perspective to analyze the group events has become a major issue, which is the base of thinking to prevent and control the group events.The fifth chapter is basic thinking about the prevention and control measure of the group events during the period of social transformation in China. Socialist harmonious society is not a society without contradiction, but has the ability to resolve conflicts. As s form of social contradiction, the group events are inevitable. Based on the above analysis, under the guidance of the people-oriented philosophy, the thesis analyze the basic ideals to prevent the group events from setting up warning mechanism, social security system, interest integration mechanism, government behavior criterion, to radically reduce or eliminate the contradictory elements, and timely divert, alleviate and deal with the group events. |
