Nordic Countries Welfare Model Of Governance Theory Perspective

This paper is trying to analysis the welfare model of Scandinavia countries using the theory of governance. Firstly, some traditional theories and perspectives to understand welfare states are introduced, then followed with some important content of governance theories. With the focus of the birth and the transformation of the welfare model of Scandinavia countries, this paper is trying to give a different understanding in the perspective of the governance theory.Then, this paper will discuss the reform and adjustment in the welfare institutions in Scandinavia countries from the 80's in last century in regard of the change of the international economic structure, the process of globalization and the reform of the societies. And the paper find two most important features to the welfare institutions, which are the active subjects and the flexible interactive institutions.Following that, A framework with different subjects including family, public sector, parties, enterprise association, labor organizations is put forward, in which the policies will focus on how to provide the education, training plan, salary negotiation and so on. At last, this paper will point out some important questions in the process of the development of the welfare state.
