This paper bases on case study, uses field interviews, questionnaires and other methods, cuts into China's rural grassroots democracy election study. To avoid the centralization and administration of the village power, we should change the mode of government-led labor elections. On the protection, we need to consult with people, do election monitoring, and implement the relevant laws and regulations.
