Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Villagers’ Autonomy In Heilongjiang Province

Village self-government is an important element of China’s socialist democratic political system,the most grass-roots and broadest form of democratic practice in Chinese society,and the main form in which peasants become masters of their own house.The practice of villager self-government over the past 20 years has shown that it has played a crucial role in promoting a stable political environment in rural areas,and thus in promoting the economic and social development of rural areas.However,due to the influence of a number of factors,villagers’ self-government has not been fully implemented and realized in reality,and there are still many problems,not only in terms of democratic elections,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision,but also in terms of undue interference by township governments and Party branches.Therefore,this paper takes Heilongjiang Province as an example and discusses its existing problems which have a very positive effect on the construction of villagers’ self-government in Heilongjiang Province and has a positive impact on strengthening the rural governance system.This paper takes Heilongjiang Province as the object of research.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the background of this paper,we will sort out the research results on villagers’ self-governance at home and abroad,and introduce the theoretical foundations of social governance theory,balance of power theory,game theory and public choice theory,which will lay the theoretical foundation for the current situation analysis and empirical analysis below.situation and the achievements made by villagers’ self-government in Heilongjiang Province in five aspects to analyze the current situation of rural and villagers in Heilongjiang Province,and then analyze the overall situation of rural villagers’ self-government in Heilongjiang Province through questionnaire survey and interview method to conduct a case study in Qiqihar H.Then further analyze the overall situation of villagers’ self-government in Heilongjiang Province in four aspects: democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision,analyze its existing problems and the reasons;then quantify the five first-level indicators of influential factors of villagers’ self-governance,such as political participation skills,political concern,political efficacy,trust in villagers’ self-governance,and the situation of rural social organization,and establish a multi-factor logistic regression model;finally,according to China’s actual national conditions and with the real situation of rural villagers’ work in Heilongjiang Province,for their The development of reasonable and effective villagers’ self-government proposals and countermeasures has a very positive effect on the construction of villagers’ self-government in Heilongjiang Province.
