The morals are the important component of spiritual civilization, and the series of specifications to maintain the orderly development of society and promote social integration. Along with the deepening advancement of reform and the gradually improving of market economy, people feel the moral situation in community is deteriorating while in the enjoyment of the material civilization which the economic development brings. Harms others to benefit oneself, family conflicts, destruction of public morals and other unethical behavior are seemed in everywhere, which made many Insight proposed that "the moral landslide", "the morals decline" and so on viewpoints to make more people pay attention to our moral civilization. While the economic is growing prosperous, people are caught in moral dilemmas. Then, whether our contemporary moral environment is good or bad? And what causes this situation? This is an issue we need to ponder.This thesis gives a content analysis to the correlative sampling of the television program "Moral Observation" column, based on the concrete moral fact's research, attempting to study the integral moral level to the realistic social condition in the media'standpoint.And then, it adopts social rational choice theory to go on a simple analysis about the origin of the moral event. As a result, it is helpful to improve the quality of the moral level of society members, and to optimize the moral environment and offer certain positive factors for the harmonious society construction as a whole.On the Study Design, firstly analyze the presented situation of the traditional moral concepts in the media'view, including the main contents of the traditional moral concepts, the main theme of events, the ethical issues, as well as other relevant attributes. Following, under the framework of social rational choice theory, the passage carries a correlation analysis on the possible factor which related to the moral behavior'occurs, and draws the conclusion. In addition, it makes a classification to the rational behavior, including economical rationality, emotion rationality and social rational.As to the Study Finding, first of all, our current ethics is good and healthy in overall under the media presentation, although there are still much immoral behaviors in some specific aspects. Then, the ethics actors' implementation prossce is a choice of good and evil or different moral values betwwen a variety of possibility or conflicts. The last, the actors' moral behavior, duing to the different rational behavior and the conflict between them, will lead to different behavior nature and consequence.
