Traditional Chinese And Western Power Restriction Mechanism For Differences In Cultural Analysis

There are many differences between control mechanism of traditional Chinese and Western powers, mainly in three aspects: first, the starting point in the power constraints, the performance of western "Democratic Republic" tradition and China's "Home World" traditional differences; second, Power restriction patterns, the performance of civil society under the guidance of the West in the "checks and balances"mode with the Chinese in the "Home World"and the centralization of power under the traditional "imperial supervision " model differences; Third, the means of power restriction , expressed as the Western "concept of the rule of law"and China's "Moral View of" differences.There are many reasons for the differences between western and China's power mechanism, this paper attempts to philosophical methodology, ethics and political outlook for the progressive analysis of three aspects.Methodology in philosophy, Western "Binary Opposition" concept and rational logic model provides a basic interpretation of the separation of powers, and China's "Harmony" concept and intuitive thinking, perception is the basic philosophy of centralized soil; on the ethicsWest's "Evil Nature of Humans" and has a natural law means that the "idea of justice" on the balance of power makes a universal social psychology, and traditional China, "Human Nature" and "On Jun Road homology" and "law from the king that" and so ontotalitarian concept was to provide a reasonable explanation; in the political view, Western society's basic political tradition of "Civil Society", "Republican democracy" and "Rule of law tradition," expressed in three dimensions, each dimension of the common causes of powerseparation and the formation of the traditional checks and balances, making the exercise of power always reflect the "public good", while the traditional Chinese society is manifested in very different circumstances, "Home World", "Subjects of Consciousness" and "Rites" together constitute the political characteristics of feudal society, in line withlogically centralized and proprietary sets up a political phenomenon.
