The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the mass work. Close ties with the masses, the practice of the mass line is the fundamental guarantee of our party continuous victory during the period of revolution, construction and reform, is also the inevitable requirement of consolidating the ruling status of the completion of the mission of history under the new situation.At present, China’s rapid economic development, with the construction of urbanization and new rural construction of socialism at a constant speed, the community has increasingly become an important place for people to live, work and activities.
