A Study On The Framework Of Taiwan Issue

Since 2008, the cross-strait relations break the ice quickly. At the same time, the Sino-US relations has entered a stable stage of development of competition and cooperation after a century of ups and downs. It is a new period for Taiwan Question. The so called Taiwan question “internationalization” is what for the American laissez-faire and Taiwan actively promotion, while the mainland tried to impede it. This process usher in a new period of “interior” for the mainland dominant position and the the cross-strait cooperation on all sides, meanwhile, the American interference is opposed. It drives up the research of Taiwan question more systematic and hierarchy. The thesis analyzed the Taiwan question by the framework research to 3 purposes. One is through the analysis of the Sino-US relationship to explain the reason why American interference and its interests. It is also dilute the American factors to reverse the trends of internationalization. The second purpose is through the analysis of the framework of cross-strait relations to clarify the relations how to change and how to adjust by the conducts. The thesis aims at how to promote the framework of cross-strait relations to be the dominant framework, so that the Taiwan question will be a interior question for China. The third purpose is to take the two framework into comparison. There is the relation of unity of opposites that Fram- ework and cross-strait relations framework, and how to build a sound Sino-US relations and benefit even settle the Taiwan question. We should strengthen the cross-strait relations framework initiative and create conditions for the peaceful reunification of the two sides.Not many ready-made research results can be used for reference. The thesis is try to build a clear research hierarchy for the Taiwan question. In order to strengthen the authoritative “framework" theory, the thesis from the perspective of “structure” by the new realism and the perspective of “system” by the liberalism of international politics to discuss the formation of “framework”. In order to improve the system and logic, this thesis makes full use of the historical analysis, comparative analysis and positivism methodology, to make it more rigorous, scientific.At the same time, the thesis attempted in the theory innovation boldly.Firstly, the meaning and the constitutes of the “framework” will be put forward creatively. The “framework” means party sides, guiding principle and operation mechanism, not only contains the material factors, including the concept of the factor. The party sides were simplified, making the "framework" is more specific and logic.Secondly, the thesis analyzed the relationship between the two "framework" dialectical. In this thesis, the contradiction of Marx’s theory will be analyzed in the relationship between the two frameworks.The two is the unity of opposites, while the two is mutually exclusive, separated from each other. On the opposite hand, the importance of Sino-US relations in the framework of the Taiwan question is in that the framework of cross-straits relations be opposing strengthened. When the cross-straits relations to be eased, it will oppose the Sino-US “framework”. On the unity hand,mutual dependence in the two framework will complement each other, Positive interaction under the framework of Sino-US relations and the gap be narrowed between the two sides will benefit the cross-straits relations and make the the framework of cross-strait relations a dominant position in Taiwan question. At the same time, a consolidated cross-strait relations framework and a development cross-strait relations, will reduce the risk of conflict between China and the United States. The loss of the core interests of collision also can be reduced.In order to make the conclusion more reliable, timely attention will be payed to the new changes in cross-strait relations. The thesis will put forward reasonable suggestions for the final settlement of the Taiwan question according to the "anti Secession Law".
