Research On Legislation Of Electricity Price

The development of electric power is an important support for the national economic growth. The price of electricity is an important part which is beneficial to the people’s livelihood. In our country, The price of electricity adopts the way of unified pricing. The feed-in tariff is executed with same price when the power grid and the quality are same. However, with the development of the market economy and the gradual deepening of the electric power reform, the demand for the reform of the price of electricity is stronger. Now, the government is brewing with the reform plan which the price of electricity is oriented by market. But, in our country, the law associated with the electric power are quite few. At present, there are only Price Law, Electricity Law, Energy Conservation Law and so on which are very general for regulating the price of electricity and not easy to be operated. In the meantime, the related laws and regulations are not perfect. All of these lead to the electricity price market which can not be effectively adjusted by legislation and regulated by law. Meanwhile, these also hinder the marketization process of the electricity price and lead to malfunction of the economic lever of the electricity price. The lawlessness also leads to adverse effects of the electricity price regulation. The electricity price supervision law also needs to be improved.
