The writing of this paper is to analyze the current situation of labor and life textile workers in China.Study on the application of production system of migrant workers is to analyze the difference of the existing problems. It is the purpose to promoting enterprises to improve working conditions for workers through participation in the action.With workers to eat and live and the work, To observation and analyze the work of the front-line workers and the management of the middle-level managers researches the differentiation of workers, and explore the stability and the possible of the unity in workers.The method used is a qualitative research. Participant observation and in-depth interview and participation in the action are the three aspects. Participant observation is to establish and maintain relations of multiple-surface and accommodation with situation with groups of workers. In depth interviews include ordinary conversation and listening that exist in social communication and semi-structured interview process. It is used the open questions included from the interview guide, and the qualitative analysis of the data from the respondents.To help realize their interests them better the researches give advice and suggestions in the action of the participatory.Results and conclusion: The middle managers organize workers and differentiate by region and the blood In the labor process. It is to manage and control the workers by the autocracy and the hegemony in the way of management. The endowment in parents and the continuation function in children make the pressure on labor increasing in the process of reproduction.In the state intervention, the prominent point is that, with the introduction of the policy, the number of pay social security is increasing and the scope is extending from the employment injury and medical injury to five insurances.In the market competition, the introduction of advanced technology and the reduction of the number of workers lead to the increasing of workload and reducing the requirements of the age who enter the factory..
