Non-Profit Organizations in China have been the major social service providers and service innovators. As social problems become more complicated, traditional service delivery model may not be adequate to tackle the complex situation. Sustainability is a key component of Non-Profit Organizations which is critical to their survival. Many people would consider the usage of natural resources and the Earth we are living in when thinking about sustainability. Recent research about environmental changes and resources exploitation awaken us about the importance of conserving our nature while thinking about the economic and social development.In his book “Management Challenges for the 21 st Century”, Professor Drucker mentioned that stepping into 21 st century senior executives should be the drivers for change. He should know that “Change” means “Opportunity” and be prepared for continuous changes and make appropriate policies to enhance the efficiency and innovativeness of the organization. To tackle the complex social issues nowadays, social innovation and a cross sector approach with synergy would be the key service delivery strategy to meet social needs a good model for all of us to learn. Social impact investment is different from the traditional donation mode, and can better solve social problem, and ensure the sustainability of Non-Profit Organizations funding an innovative model.Based on the case study, Non-Profit Organizations with innovation and method dealing with social across sectors, how to social influence investment to realize the combination of capital and the public welfare, Non-Profit Organizations with greater development potential, have the ability of sustainable development is a problem worthy of studying. Through the case analysis at home and abroad, the conclusion is drawn that the effect of social impact investment can be evaluated.
