Study On The Governance Path Of Negative Network Public Opinion

In modern China, the Internet has become an important way for people to participate in social life, which comes into all aspects of people’s lives. It, including network administration, network politics and network monitoring has become more and more popular with the government and people of all ages.However, with its virtual nature, Network has a lot of problems. One of them is the negative public opinion of network governance, such as disclosure of personal privacy, Internet fraud, network emotion, network rumors, which caused personal and property damage and affected peace and social stability. The government should play an active role in governing the negative network public opinion, and making full use of the positive role of the network in the development of the society, people’s life, social stability. This thesis focuses on the negative network public opinion and explores the negative influences on the individual, group and society, government. The thesis tends to redefine negative network public opinion by the method of literature, historical analysis method, case analysis method. With the anonymous theory and the encoding/decoding theory, the thesis provide a new angle of view for the network governance.
