Research On Cultivating And Developing Community Social Organization From The Perspective Of Regional Development Model

With the development of socio-economic, communities have become the basic unit of society which could be used for living in, learning, communication, and a gathering place. Communities are no longer synonymous with the regional community, also carries the service needs, enriching lives, promoting neighborhood harmony and other functions. Community social organizations are an important part of this community organism. Beijing’s Xicheng District, as an important part of the capital, have been hatching those organizations in recent years, including the ways of development of social organizations in the community to explore, community organizations of society to promote the community functions and role of the positive movement has become increasingly prominent. In this paper uses non-participant observation, interviews, case studies and the examples of community social organization at T Sub-District Office to explores professional social work involved in community and social organizations to develop practical approaches to objectives and methods of work and how practice was involved; and how the interventional effect of regional development model was analyzed and summarized.From area development model of perspective starting, based on the model intervention of target and implementation strategy, this paper selected representative of T street community social organization as example. Through analysis, I think community social work and their professional social workers intervention community social organization foster development of practice process main has following four a aspects: first is social worker to residents needs for oriented foster development community social organization; second is social worker pay attention to find out "community leader" foster community social organization; third is integration resources help pushed community social organization development; Forth is professional social workers and community organizations involved in community and social organizations to foster development. Social workers should pay attention to "help people to help themselves" concept in fostering the development of community social organization in the process of applying to community residents as its main body, to promote resident self-help-oriented, enhancing the enthusiasm of residents to actively participate in community social organization through interactive training and organization of collective consciousness and a sense of community, conscious participation in community development.
