The Research Of The Development Of Community Organization Of Tongguan District Tongling City

In recent years,China is undergoing an unprecedented transform.In the economic field,socialist market economic system is constantly complete,economic is growing rapidly and people's lives is becoming consummate.In the political sphere,government reforms is towards to government functions transform and limited government.In the social sphere,the innovative social governance and promote grass-roots social management becomes the main theme,the pattern of "small government,big society" has become increasingly prominent,the relationship between state and society is constantly remodeling.With the disintegration of units system and rapid development of urbanization,social and grass-roots community undertakes an important task so that community building and community governance are gaining more attention.Comparing to government and market,due to its own characteristics,in the process of community governance social organizations can not only make up for the government functions absence and market failures,but also play a unique role in the provision of community services,integration of community resources,and broaden residents community participation in public affairs channels.Social organizations is promoting the construction of harmonious community.Therefore,research social organizations has a profound implications.Recently,the development of community social organization presents ascendant trend,the goverment actively cultivate and develop community social organizations,so the social organizations numbers has been greatly improved.However,compared with the West there is still a big gap in the development of community social organization.The community organization is facing many development problems such as independence,legitimacy,conceptual,lack of professional,insufficient capacity,weak credibility,cannot meet the expectations and requirements.Based on the study of Tongling Tongguan area social organizations,this paper tries to sort out and summarize the problems in its current situation and development.Combined with the actual situation of Tongguan area,this paper wish to figure out the methods to further promote of the healthy development of social organizations in Tongguan area.This paper can be divided into four parts.First is the introduction part of the article,this part of this article research background,research significance,related concepts and theoretical basis is presented,and generalizes the present situation in the research of the development of the community social organizations.The second part used field surveys combined with questionnaires and interviews and other research methods to introduce the development status of community organization Tongguan area,and uses Tongguan Sun Park as a case study.The third part expound the existing problems in Tongguan community organizations and analyze the reasons.The fourth part is mainly based on the contents of the first three chapters.Combined with the actual situation of community organization,this paper proposed to some strategies and recommendations to further promote Tongguanshan community organization's Development.
