Most of Current case studies about the relations between social organization and government statically describe the interaction of them, which lack of longitudinal observation. Meanwhile, these researches use analytical paradigms too simply, they ignore the interactions that are not constrained by recent institutions.This study inherits the basic logic of "administrative absorption of society", and takes "the actual environment that social organization and government stand in"(including major social events and the interests differentiation of the government departments)、"action strategy of social organization" into account. Then, I systematically describe and explain the process and results of interactions between the T Center and government.The study find that the logic of "Administrative Absorption of Society" do exist,* the government really meet this social demand by means that fit in with one’s own interests, which can maintain social stability. Facing social organization that has the function of "public service" and "challenge", government adopt development strategy, or use limit policy or use at the same time; Major social events actively promotes the process of " Administrative Absorption of Society "; The interests differentiation of the government departments promote or restrict the development of social organizations; Finally, social organization "just right" strategies in promoting the benign interactions between social organization and the government has played a very important role.In conclusion, this article is supplement for "ideal type" researches on state-society relationship, which can fully show complex and subtle relationships between social organizations and the government.
