According to the ministry of public security, from 1981 to 2011, the national security forces sacrifice in 10414. During the period of "11th five-year plan", the national security forces sacrifice in 2182, a year on average more than 400 civilian police sacrifice. Sudden death caused by overwork is the leading cause of civilian police sacrifice. Since 2006, the public security police because of overwork death in the jobs of 1029 people, accounted for 47% of the total, the sacrifice police at the same period as the basic-level police, traffic police force of civilian police proportion is the largest. So the research on police work pressure and its influencing factors help fundamentally to rationalize the management system of the police team.This study takes kunming police force as the research object, through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, single factor analysis and regression analysis, analysis of the present stage work stress situation of kunming police team, as well as the factors affect working pressure. The article is divided into five parts, the first chapter is introduction, mainly is the research purpose of this research, the research significance, the collected literature review from home and abroad and the research mentality and the statements about technology. The second chapter for related theory and model, this paper mainly introduces the domestic and foreign theories about the stress of work definition and research model. Chapter iii as the research object and research method, this chapter mainly introduces the relevant questionnaire survey of the basic information of the sample, put forward the research hypothesis, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is analyzed. After modification, the reliability and validity, according to this research adopts the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Chapter iv as the research conclusion and discussion, the main use of descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to data mining analysis. Chapter v as the research conclusion and prospect, according to the data analysis results, in front of and compared with the study’s hypothesis, to see if consistent with hypothesis, the last of the police work pressure to study and put forward prospect.In this article, through the empirical study: 1, kunming police team working pressure in the upper level. 2, correlation analysis indicates that the pressure of work and are positive significant correlation between the five dimensions. 3, single factor analysis showed that assume different individual attributes of police work in the face of the pressure difference of the hypothesis, the police of different gender in the face of work pressure has significant differences, of different ages in the face of police work pressure has significant differences, different administrative levels of the police in the face of work pressure has significant differences, different education level of police in the face of work pressure has significant differences, different future in the face of police work pressure has significant differences. Through the establishment of model 1 and model 2, 4, and multiple regression analysis was carried out on the working pressure, the results show that the model 1 age, marriage, administrative levels, can predict the future working pressure. Model 2 model 1 to remove the factors of public service, public service motivation and job satisfaction can predict work pressure.An empirical analysis based on the above results, the paper puts forward three Suggestions: 1, the "sin" assaulting a police officer as soon as possible into the punishment. 2, promote the judicial reform, raise wages, police promotion space. 3, improve the psychological intervention mechanism.
