Research On Social Work Services With Police Pressure Relief In Police Stations

In recent years,with the rapid advance of social transformation and accelerating the pace of life,the occupational stress and work pressure is gradually known by the public,and by the academia and the government attaches great importance to.As a high-pressure professional group,police officers are generally responsible for the critical,difficult,dangerous and heavy tasks.Under the huge pressure of work,the working efficiency of the health of body and mind,descent,lack of social support,professional identity,and many other problems appeared on the policemen,and evolved into a reality social problems to be solved.As a social work,in order to solve the problem as the guidance of professional society,its task is under the win-win concept,take various effective professional skills to help disadvantaged groups confidence to inspire potential,to change.As the foundation of social work,the theory of ecosystem theory is the basic theory of understanding and adjusting the relationship between human behavior and social environment.The social work service under the theory is of great significance to improve the discordant interaction in the main ecosystem and promote the solution of the problem.This paper is a practical study on the work of police in police station.Selected the author H area the policemen as samples,using the literature research,field interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,on the basis of comparative analysis summarized current status of the policemen's work pressure,and based on the ecological system theory to explore the cause of the problem.In practice,the author from the interview objects selected typical representative as the service object,use case work of the professional skills and methods,help the director to improve ecological system level of disharmony factors,to alleviate the pressure of the work,and solve the problem of pressure brought about by the purpose.Finally,this paper summarizes and reconsiders the social work service process in the theory of ecosystem theory,which leads to the research conclusion and some Suggestions.
