With the accelerated development of globalization, law-support service market in China is opened and facing the global competition. Some foreign-owned law offices begin to land Chinese law-support service market. On the other hand, forward-looking domestic law offices try their best to develop stronger. In China, most law offices are small and medium-sized. These small and medium-sized offices are difficult to progress further after to a certain stage of development. The reasons are manifold,both management and system,but the general problem is weak marketing. Improving marketing level are required to domestic law offices.We should carry out marketing in order to develop stronger.The paper research the particular definition of legal services and the background of the status of the legal services market,according to the current situations and existed problems of partnership law offices, takes the typical case of Shanghai Zhongxiaxuebo Law Firm into consideration, refers to experiences of outstanding law offices home and abroad as references, makes some comparison, concluding and promotion, and provides some reform modes can be made use of in marketing,to strengthen the law firm's marketing ability and improve the law firm's competition.This study not only could strengthen the ability of marketing,raise the competition and provide the theoretical guidance,but also could enrich and improve the service marketing theory.
