Without the help of the public institutions, the economy can’t work well. In order to improve their efficiency, a new round of reform is just around the corner. The reason why we study the employees’ satisfaction from public institutions is that it can not only enhance their enthusiasm, but also their working efficiency to serve people. As a result, this study has a positive effect on the reform of public institutions. The thesis first summarizes the achievement and the shortage of the former researches, and then according to the data from the questionnaire about the satisfaction of 120 employees, it studies the satisfaction of a public institution in Yunnan Province. The thesis is mainly based on the classic path model of employee satisfaction, and it includes values, expectations, satisfaction, loyalty, commitment and 2nd-order construct employee perception, which contains 5 1storder construct. Because the structure model contains higher-order construct, this thesis uses the methods of Poor man, Patch, and Hybrid used in the PLS-PM to build the model. Through the analysis and comparison of the results of three methods, the thesis can further study the relationship between the satisfaction of the employees, its manifest variables, and its latent variables. For the moment, although there are many studies about the employees’ satisfaction around the world, the study of the employees’ satisfaction from public institutions is not that much. In addition, as the path model has higher-order construct, this thesis uses three methods of PLS-PM to make a deep analysis of the he employees’ satisfaction from public institutions and expects to provide some help to the reform of the public institutions.
