Employee satisfaction is becoming more and more important and gradually risen to the management research field,which affects the work status of employees,affects all the work style of the unit,and does benefits to improve employee satisfaction.To some extent,improving employees' satisfaction and getting enough happiness means improving the work efficiency of the unit.Meanwhile,In the development process of public utilities,public welfare institutions play an important role.How to make public welfare institutions output better public products,managers need to combine the actual situation of each unit and constantly seek the basis for improving the current situation of the unit.As the link between the unit and the output products,employees play an important role in the output quality of public products.Employee satisfaction directly affects the work status of employees and then affects the output quality of products.It is very important to understand the current situation of employees' satisfaction,improve employees' satisfaction and output better public products for the company.In this paper,DH public welfare institution is selected as the case unit.Based on the actual situation of the case unit and the satisfaction questionnaire of MSQ,the satisfaction interval is divided according to the five-level scoring standard of Likert.The questionnaire is designed to cover 50 employees of the case unit and issue the questionnaire.From the five dimensions of work return,work environment,work group,unit management and unit development,we found that the work environment dimension increased the average of satisfaction,the work return dimension,work group,unit management and unit development dimension decreased the average of satisfaction,and the average of each individual in each dimension was different.It is found that employee satisfaction is a dynamic measure of subjective and objective factors.Based on the above conclusions,DH units can make adjustments from the aspects of management system,rules and regulations,start with the establishment of a reasonable income distribution system,establish and improvethe management system,and establish a reasonable promotion channel.Through the establishment and improvement of the salary system,scientific and reasonable distribution of long-term salary incentive and short-term salary incentive ratio,improve the fairness and competitiveness of salary incentive,and optimize it Organizational structure,strengthen the human resource management awareness of managers,pay attention to the psychological care of employees to improve employee satisfaction.During the period transformation of public institutions,the conclusion of employee satisfaction research has universal value and reference significance for the common problems of employee satisfaction during the period transformation of public institutions.
