Job satisfaction as the most important in organizational behavior researchvariables, with public security civil servants work behavior has important influence.Civilian employees of public security team in China as an important auxiliary policeteam strength to ease the inadequate in practice, save administrative costs, etc hasplayed a positive role. But as a new group how to manage and use good, service goodpublic security office team is now an urgent need to solve the problem. So publicsecurity civilian employees job satisfaction as the research object in this paper hasimportant theoretical and realistic significance.Taking Tianjin city public security bureau directly under A unit of60publicsecurity civil servants as the research object, the research public security civilianemployees job satisfaction status. In literature research and interviews with publicsecurity civil servants on the basis of the author compiled a "Tianjin public securitycivilian job satisfaction questionnaire", the questionnaire includes salary condition,organization identity and belonging, career development, management system, thework itself, responsibility, interpersonal relations, working conditions and so on eightaspects. By using excel software after the questionnaire results are statistics found thatrespondents to salary condition, organization identity and belonging, careerdevelopment, management system, the respect such as job satisfaction score is low,the work itself satisfaction scores are relatively high, interpersonal relationship, etc.The purpose of this study is through the satisfaction survey found that civilianteam currently existing problems and potential adverse factors, managementimprovement measures are put forward, and hopes to retain a group of Tianjin publicsecurity system of civilian strong sense of responsibility, have as a civilian, themaximum play to the public security office of the role on policing work, safeconstruction in tianjin to play an active role. For interviews and data statistic analysisof data and information obtained from the following measures are put forward,including: to establish a system for salary rise, perfect the compensation design;Public security adhere to the standardization, institutionalized civilian construction,strengthen the professional sense of belonging; Learning and developmentopportunities, stimulating motivation; Sound management mechanism, improve themanagement method, etc.
