In twenty-first Century, the ecological crisis has become an important issue affecting the survival and development of human beings. With the deterioration of the environment, the problems of a single industry gradually evolved for the global problem of threatening the human survival, the contradiction between man and nature has become increasingly prominent. Moral education is the history entrusted with the new mission, namely from correctly handling the relationship between man and society development to learn how to correctly handle the relationship between man and nature, guiding people to scientifically understanding the relationship between man and nature, teaching people to action in be kind to nature and the universe, the peace of the society and the nature coexistence. But at the same time ecological protection due to the challenge of traditional habits and interests of the industry, known for departure from the dilemma appear from time to time, which is ecological moral education in the difficult problem. Taiwan ecological moral education more than 20 years so far, in order to realize the ecological moral education of "the unity of knowledge and action" to explore many experience and practice, through the teaching mode of the "self-cultivation, combined with the experience" adoption, "life experience" for the construction of center of ecological moral education system, "local resources" as the carrier of multiple channels of social education and sustainable development "for the construction of the objectives of the protection mechanism and achieved the effectiveness of certain ecological moral education. From the current point of view, showing a similar to Taiwan in the eighties of the 20th century rapid economic development but ecology is seriously damaged state, under belong to the Chinese cultural background, draw lessons from Taiwan in the ecological moral education advanced experience, there will be conducive to continuous improvement and innovation, ecological moral education idea and the way.In this paper, the integrated use of literature analysis, case analysis and other research methods, through the carding and analysis of ecological moral education in Taiwan’s situation, history and recent development, focusing on the basic concept, content and form of practice, found that Taiwan’s ecological moral education cultivate people understand and environment related ethical relationship, incremental view of people to protect the environment of the knowledge, skill, attitude and value, prompted people to pay more attention to the environment, environmental action, so as to achieve the sustainable development of the educational process. Based on the analysis of Taiwan ecological moral education history, philosophy implication, characteristics, respectively, from the "shape ecological personality", "promote the unity of knowing and doing", "create a good ecological experience" and "perfect security mechanism four aspects of analysis, the ecological and moral teaching the fertility status and deficiencies, which reference the successful experience of Taiwan, in order to constantly improve, the ecological moral education.
